What happens after you order
- Order placed You get a confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
- Design approved We send a design preview – we print only after you approve.
- Dispatched Usually within 2 business days, with a tracking link.
- Delivered Usually 2–7 days across India.
My tracking link isn’t updating
Courier updates can take up to 24 hours after dispatch. If nothing changes after a day, WhatsApp us your order number.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, any time before your order is dispatched. Message us with your order number and the new address.
My order hasn’t been printed yet – why?
Custom cards are printed only after you approve the design preview. Check WhatsApp or email for our preview message.
